Dollar Bank – Virginia Beach Expansion

As part of Dollar Bank’s new market expansion into the Virginia Beach region, Rycon acted as the construction manager/Owner’s representative for three renovations. During these projects, two of which ran simultaneously, Rycon oversaw local general contractors that completely reconstructed the existing spaces into new prototype Dollar Bank branches.
