Rycon constructed this new, 186,000 sq. ft. upscale apartment complex. Exterior finishes include a mix of brick veneer, cast stone, and variety of metal sidings to complement the existing surrounding buildings. Five levels of luxury apartments were built above a 153-space, two-level below grade parking garage. Amenities serving the 175-units include a fitness center, club room, lounge, and pet wash. The U-shaped building was constructed in a tight urban setting and centers around a private courtyard. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
