Clinton Commerce Park Lot #91 Buildings A1 & P1

Rycon was selected to build a 44,800 sq. ft. warehouse and a 3,200 sq. ft. powder storage building within Clinton Commerce Park. The structures consist of controlled modulus column (CMC) ground improvements, structural concrete slab-on-grade, precast concrete insulated wall panels, an EPDM roof, and metal wall panels. Rycon self-performed concrete, drywall, and general trades. The buildings were erected on Pittsburgh International Airport property.
