Children’s South Hospital

This new 62,000 sq. ft., four-story structure includes a new imaging center with radiology and fluoroscopy spaces. Other services include physical therapy, behavioral health, and express care. The design was developed utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, analyzing the architecture, structure, and building systems 3-dimensionally. This resulted in significantly fewer conflicts during construction. The project included new site development to accommodate parking and storm water management measures. The project is LEED Certified.
