Cannabis Dispensary – Warwick

This 8,700 sq. ft. project is an interior build-out of a new medical marijuana dispensary. The scope of work was primarily inclusive of selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing. Exterior work included removal of existing windows and repainting the façade. The space holds a security entry vestibule, receiving room, batcher/clean packaging room, gummy room, storage, sales area, and vault.
