Cannabis Dispensary – Mercer

This 3,500 sq. ft. project is a first-generation build-out of a new medical marijuana dispensary. The scope of work was primarily inclusive of new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing. Finishes included vinyl and VCT flooring, ceramic tile, window file, and paint. The space holds a security entry vestibule, receiving room, fulfillment area, storage, sales area, and vault.
