Cannabis Dispensary – Limerick

Rycon was responsible for renovating a vacant retail space into a new 4,200 sq. ft. medical cannabis dispensary. Interior work included selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing. Exterior work included cleaning, installation of a new portion of storefront to match the existing, and installation of an overhead door for secure drive-in deliveries. The space holds a secure entry vestibule, consult room, restrooms, offices, sales/retail area, permanent secured storage, vault, and a drive-in delivery area.
