Cannabis Dispensary – Bloomington

Rycon was responsible for transforming a vacant retail space into a new 6,000 sq. ft. medical marijuana dispensary. The scope of work included selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, casework, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing. Exterior work included painting and new exterior doors. The store holds a secured check-in welcome area, dispensary floor, vault, and back-of-house workroom.
