Broward Health Imperial Point Cardiology

This project involved the demolition and renovation of the second floor of a medical office building to create a primary care cardiology suite. Encompassing 11,800 sf, the work included MEP upgrades, casework, doors/frames/hardware, glass/glazing, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring, tile, paint, restroom accessories, lockers, and window treatments. The renovated space includes 15 centrally located exam rooms, perimeter offices, clean supply rooms, three echo rooms, a vitals area, a phlebotomy room, a stress test room, and a waiting area.
