Rycon recently completed multiple retail renovations across Florida, delivering upgraded and modernized environments. One project involved converting a former grocery store in Fort Lauderdale into a new ALDI location, while others focused on updating existing stores with enhanced features and systems. The scope included demolition, replacement of the storefronts with new tower-style entry, expansion of building footprints, installation of new HVAC systems, refrigeration with protocol controllers, lighting, and finishes. The remodeled stores now feature high ceilings, enhanced natural lighting, sustainable building materials, and a contemporary design aesthetic.
