3 Crossings | Voci Technologies Fit-Out

This fit-out consisted of a modern open ceiling office with spaces dedicated to speech sciences, software development and engineering, and AI innovation. Rycon was involved in both preconstruction value engineering and construction management through the building process. The work included interior modifications of shell space to add a cafe, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and workstations as well as MEP’s, new flooring, walls, paint, ceiling systems, ceiling tile, and high-end finishes. Rycon self-performed all carpentry and casework installations in addition to installation of all baffle systems.
