Nail Salon Fit-Out in Strip District Terminal

Need a makeover? Rycon wrapped up a 1,900 SF fit-out for this high-end nail spa within the newly repurposed historic Strip District Terminal. The nail salon holds large areas for manicures and pedicures, a drying area, reception area, wax room, restrooms, and an employee break room. Rycon self-performed concrete, metal panels, rough carpentry, doors, drywall, bathroom accessories, and installation of equipment.
