Construction’s in session! Rycon broke ground on the new, Carnegie Mellon University Fifth & Clyde Residence Hall. The ceremony celebrated the future 98,000 sq. ft. facility, which will include 81 resident suites, community kitchens, technology-enhanced learning commons, an exterior courtyard, and a ground floor campus hub.
