High-Tech Office

A multi-phased demolition and build-out of this tenant’s high-end technology office space spanned 48,000 sq. ft. and an abundance of custom casework and architectural millwork was installed. The work on five floors included fabricated custom wood ceilings, upholstered seating, custom veneer casework with exposed edges, metal panels with perforated faces, screen-printed graphics on wood veneer paneling, and custom metal post supports and reveals.
