This extensive casework package consisted of custom pieces placed throughout the commons areas of the 62,000 sq. ft. space that holds labs, workshops, private offices, cafes, and meeting rooms. As the research staff and guests enter they see wood paneling in the elevator lobby, a custom built reception desk with 3form elements, and a noticeable staircase with under-stair paneling, stair tread, and matching platform. The numerous eating and coffee areas showcased booth seating surrounded by ceiling panels, laminate casework, and veneer. Other work included casework and countertops in the boardroom, print rooms, and lounge. Display cabinets with glass shelving, and multiple TV’s were highlighted with a perforated metal panel system.
