Rycon provided construction management services for this new 346,000 sq. ft. multi-family development located on a 1.8-acre former brownfield site. Comprised of five-stories of wood-framed apartments over a two-story concrete podium, the seven-story live-work-play complex holds 246-units/274 beds, 194-space parking garage, fitness center, pool, and terrace gardens. Preconstruction collaboration included real-time constructability input, VE alternatives, pricing options, market conditions, and procurement strategies Facade finishes included fiber cement panels, brick, architectural stone masonry, and metal garage screening. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) was involved in the site remediation.
