Xebec Last Mile Logistics

This Xebec Class A building consists of an 85,000 sq. ft. infill/last-mile industrial logistics facility located less than one mile from I-95, the main North-South corridor that runs the east coast. It’s also six miles from PortMiami’s containerized cargo terminals and intermodal facilities. Infill/Last-Mile facilities are smaller fulfillment centers and warehouses located in urban areas to facilitate prompt-deliveries or provide short-term warehousing. The tilt-wall building technique was utilized to accelerate construction and the scope included 32 ft. interior clear ceiling height, ESFR sprinkler system/fire protection, fire pump, and site/utility prep work.
