Storage Facility – Orange Park

Rycon was the design-builder on this new 880-locker, 75,000 sq. ft. three-story climate-controlled self-storage facility. HFR was the architect. The structure is comprised of a first-story concrete tilt-wall with a combination of structural steel and cold form load bearing wall framing. The work also included a one-story 9,400 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) U-Box storage facility. Other scope items included site work, elevators, landscaping, fencing, masonry, millwork, rough carpentry, waterproofing, overhead doors, windows, EIFS/stucco, stained concrete flooring, and louvered metal canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
