Cannabis Dispensary – Elyria

A former restaurant was converted into a new 7,600 sq. ft. medical marijuana dispensary. The dispensary is set up for future recreational use. Work included selective and structural demolition, entrance modifications, exterior finishes, interior finishes, interior storefronts, millwork, bathrooms, MEP improvements, staff break room, IT and electrical closets, vault, and secure receiving area. Exterior work includes modifications to secured entries including stairways and
fencing.
