A topping out ceremony was held in Paulsboro, NJ at the site of the largest US offshore wind manufacturing hub. The new 88’ high pre-engineered metal building will assist in final assembly of steel monopiles. Rycon’s Philadelphia office is proud to be part of an incredible team and project.
