Renovations and Additions on Pepper Pike Service Building in Pepper Pike, OH

Located 30 minutes east of Cleveland, OH, Rycon handled a new 5,600 sq. ft. addition to the Pepper Pike Service Department, which also included upgrades to the existing facility. The structure holds new locker rooms for men and women, staff break room/kitchen, private offices, mechanics office, and extended four-door garage with wood shop enclosure, ad additional storage areas. The existing space received MEP upgrades and refreshed finishes, as well as a new fire sprinkler system and a new generator. It was a pleasure to work with the city of Pepper Pike, architect Bialosky Cleveland, and engineers Issac Lewin & Assoc. and Chagrin Valley Engineering, LTD.
