PNC Bank – Multiple Projects

Since 2004, Rycon has been performing nationwide construction services for repeat client PNC. The work ranged from smaller projects such as ADA upgrades to complex branches located within occupied hospitals to new stand-alone branches. Most of the renovations were fast-tracked and completed while the banks were operational. The new branches and large renovations/fit-outs followed PNC’s green initiative to meet LEED criteria and were sized up to 7,800 sq. ft. each. Some of the newer branches were considered “banks of the future” prototypes. Approximately 25% of the projects had custom architectural millwork fabricated by Rycon’s own Casework & Millwork Division.
