Progressive Offices

These projects consisted of multiple exterior and interior renovations as well as a new out-of-ground structure holding offices for Progressive Insurance. The renovation work consisted of demolition, exterior doors, windows, storefront, EIFS, single-ply roof, insulation, carpet, tile flooring, drywall, suspended ceilings, millwork, wall panels, vinyl base, painting, new restrooms and existing restrooms improvement, shades, HVAC rework, electrical, and security system additions. A few of the existing vehicle bays, previously used to service and assess customer vehicles, received a full repurposing which included the removal of the existing oil separator and transforming the space into a modern office to accommodate their expansion. The new out-of-ground project in Miramar included 8.5 acres of full site development and utilized the tilt-up building technique for the 37,800 sq. ft. structure.
