Rycon was selected to build a new speculative industrial warehouse located within a high-tech Class A business park. The building has a gas management system incorporated in their building pad (under the slab) for collecting and releasing flammable gases outside of the building footprint. The tilt-wall building technique was utilized to speedup construction. The scope also includes a 68,800 sq. ft. tenant build-out which contains a 62,000 sq. ft. freezer/cooler space.
