The HYATT house is Open!
April 24, 2013

Pittsburgh, PA - Rycon Construction, Inc. served as Construction Manager on this new, six-story, 136-unit hotel located on Water Street, east of the Hofbrahaus in Pittsburgh’s Southside Works. NORR Architects designed the 132,000 square foot extended stay hotel to include a large terrace located on the northern elevation of the building which features an abundant amount of seating as well as a gas fire-pit. The terrace overlooks the newly completed Great Allegheny Passage biking/walking trail that runs along the Monongahela River. A large indoor pool will accommodate guests year-round and is located immediately adjacent to the terrace, next to a fitness center. The street-level garage has space for approximately 60 vehicles and 40 bicycles. Aiming for LEED Silver Certification, the hotel opened for guests on April 24, 2013.
