And the Winner is...Rycon Construction!

Pittsburgh PA - At the Master Builders’ Association (MBA) Evening of Excellence on February 28 at Heinz Field East Club, attended by over 900 people, Rycon was presented the award for “Best New Construction Under $10 Million” for the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Frank A. Cassell Hall!

 

The 16,500 sq. ft., $5.5 million, two-story building was designed by FortyEighty Architecture to meet LEED Gold certification and features a green roof, state-of-the-art computer lab, computer instruction classrooms, server room, video-conferencing/technology classrooms, faculty offices, administrative support space, student lounge and conference room.

 

A special thank you goes out to the University of Pittsburgh and FortyEighty Architecture on their hard work and fantastic effort on this award winning project.
